Q: HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN TRAVEL ONBOARD?

Our luxury vessels, superyachts and floating venues facilitate anywhere between 2 and 950 guests. Each boat has a different guest capacity. To see our full fleet and the specifications for each boat please click here.

Q: WHAT SHOES SHOULD I WEAR?

Most of our boats allow you to wear whatever style of shoe you’d like (except for stilettoes). All superyachts have a no shoe policy. Please speak to your event manager if you are unsure of footwear requirements aboard the vessel you are chartering on 9380 9111.

Q: WHERE CAN WE CRUISE AND WHAT SIGHTS CAN WE SEE?

Our vessels cruise the enclosed waters of Sydney Harbour. Some of the destinations on your cruise route may include (but are not limited to): • Taronga Zoo • Rushcutters Bay • Watsons Bay • Manly Wharf • Balmoral • Opera House • Rozelle If there is a cruise route you’d like to take, please don’t hesitate to discuss this with one of our specialised event planners. Each vessel is different and has different designated cruise zones that it must adhere to.

Q: WHERE CAN WE BE PICKED UP OR DROPPED OFF?

Our charter vessels have access to direct commercial wharves all around Sydney Harbour. Please see our wharves page for a complete list of our preferred wharves.

Q: DO YOU SERVICE MANLY & MIDDLE HARBOUR AREAS SUCH AS THE SPIT & BALMORAL?

Access to areas such as Manly, Balmoral and The Spit is possible depending on the swell on the day of your charter. If conditions permit, many vessels will be happy to service these wharves at an additional travel cost.

Q: DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Each vessel has an extensive selection of beverages and catering to suit the individual needs of your event. Certain vessels also permit BYO if you would prefer to do your own catering. All vessel menus can be accessed via our individual boat pages here.

Q: DO YOU DO WEDDING TRANSFERS?

Yes, we would love to help in any way on your special day! We can take you to your Harbour venue for that spectacular entrance to your wedding reception or pick you up for a glamorous departure. We are also able to organize specialised decorations for the perfect finishing touches. Q: CAN I DRIVE/HIRE THE BOAT MYSELF?

Unfortunately not. All our vessels are fully crewed and being commercial regulated vessels, require a professional licensed captain and crew.

Q: ARE THERE TOWELS ON BOARD?

Yes, we always keep fresh towels onboard in case you get wet from spray and splashes. If you are planning on going for a swim or sunbaking, we still recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Q: CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC?

All our boats have AUX outlets to play your favourite music whilst onboard.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR ITS WINDY?

There is little we can do to prevent rain. Sydney Harbour is a very sheltered waterway with no chance of any big waves causing safety concerns. Our vessels travel in the most protected parts of the Harbour if required. A little rain will not have a major effect on a well-planned event and all our boats have plenty of undercover space to ensure everyone stays dry and warm. Any possible postponement is at the discretion of the vessel captain and pending future vessel availability.

Q: CAN WE PULL UP TO A BEACH?

We can drop anchor at some of Sydney Harbour’s most beautiful beaches to enjoy the scenery along with lunch or dinner. Any guests wishing to go for a swim may do so at the direction of the vessel’s Captain on the day. If weather conditions permit, this aspect of the cruise is very flexible. We must ensure all our guests are safe and happy, meaning for larger groups all wanting to go for a swim at once, lifeguards will be required.

Q: HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MY BOOKING?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time. This will ensure you have plenty of time to board the vessel.

Q: CAN WE HAVE A DJ ON BOARD?

Yes, you can have a DJ on board most of our vessels, we can help organise this for you or you can bring your own. Please speak to one of our event managers if you would like some more information on 02 9380 9111.

Q: CAN WE HAVE DECORATIONS AND STYLING ON BOARD?

Of Course! We have a few preferred suppliers, we can assist with the organisation with this to make the event seamless. Please speak to one of our event managers if you would like some more information on 02 9380 9111.
