Truffle Specials at The Star

We’ve officially entered truffle season and The Star Sydney has organized a special winter treat to kick off the cooler months (and prevent those pesky winter blues). Enjoy all things truffle (pizzas, pasta, degustation selections and much more). https://www.star.com.au/

Assassins at the Sydney Opera House

If you’re after some drama in your life ( of the good kind of course), look no further than this captivating melodrama. Assassin’s stellar cast explores US politics, history and celebrity culture in a striking and fascinating manner. See it from June 7thhttps://www.sydneyoperahouse.com/

From Where We Stand

Visit Artbank in Waterloo (until Friday the 17th of August) to experience the wonder which is the highly acclaimed From Where We Stand Exhibition. The exhibition contrasts some of the Artbank collection’s classical landscape paintings against new works created by six (amazing) Australian contemporary artists. Explore each artist’s personal perspective and examine the inseparable relationship between perspective, experience and physicality. http://artbank.gov.au/

Priscilla Queen of the Desert- The Musical

Rated 4 out of 5 stars for a very good reason- this musical adaptation of the 1994 camp classic finally returns to Australia after marvelling the world with its colourful magnificence for the past 10 years. Enjoy the artistic excellence of the show’s original director Simon Phillips and prepare for a musical to remember. See Priscilla Queen of the Desert at the Capitol Theatre until Saturday the 21st of July. https://priscillathemusical.com.au/

Bondi Winter Magic

When it’s too cold to swim, all the locals line up to glide through the picturesque Bondi shores on their ice skates. Bring out your inner child and go for a skate in the impressive ice rink ( perfect for first dates, regular dates and outings with the kids, cousins, nephews and nieces etc). Take a ride on the impressive 22 metre Ferris Wheel (which makes an annual appearance) or simply go for a nice scenic walk and enjoy the street art, music and tasty treats on offer. Starting on the 28th of June, the Bondi Winter Magic runs until the 29th of July. http://www.bondiwintermagic.org.au/

June is set to be an exciting month in Sydney so do not miss out on all the amazing events on offer!
